Whānau Ora Practice Nurse – Te Au Rere a Te Tonga

Best Care (Whakapai Hauora) Charitable Trust is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide culturally responsive, whānau-centred primary health care to rangatahi at Te Au Rere a Te Tonga.

The role includes nurse clinics, health screening and promotion, immunisations, care coordination, clinical follow-up, mental health and addiction support, and accurate Medtech documentation.

• Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate
• Commitment to culturally safe care, tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• Practice nursing, mental health, AOD screening or Medtech experience is advantageous
