Support for MidCentral’s RIMA communities is available through HOW2, New Zealand’s only refugee‑led health service.

Located in Palmerston North, the HOW2 team works alongside you to help you confidently access and navigate the New Zealand health system, including:

• Help enrolling with a GP or dentist
• Individual or group education sessions on specific health conditions
• Finding a midwife
• Guidance on medication use and safety
