No matter where you are in life, THINK Hauora can work with you and your health team to connect you to the services you need. Here are some places where you can stay connected for your health and wellbeing.

Self-management and rehabilation groups and clinics to maintain your health

THINK Hauora runs one-on-one and group clinics for people who have long term conditions. We offer Te Ara Rau Access & Choice mental health services, pulmonary rehab, cardiac rehab, podiatry, nutrition and physical activity services and “MyHealth, Myself”courses.


Whānau Ora Navigation Service to help whānau to identify their aspirations

Whānau Ora Navigators/ Kaiwhakaaraara work alongside whānau to help you identify your aspirations, strengths and chosen pathway. Te Tihi supports whānau by providing coaching, advocacy and brokerage services. Please see Te Tihi | Whānau Ora Navigation Service for more information.
