Governance and Leadership

The purpose of the THINK Hauora Board is to:

• develop and maintain an effective innovative Primary Health Organisation and associated network of independent provider members
• develop and deliver excellence in the development and delivery of health and health related services 

THINK Hauora Board members participate on the Alliance Leadership Team which works to transform health services in the district.  The Board has three standing committees: Clinical Board, Clinical and Digital Governance Committee, and the Finance, Audit, Risk and Health and Safety Committee. 

The Senior Leadership team ensures effective stewardship of THINK Hauora, and execution of the THINK Hauora implementation of our Strategic Plan, associated work programmes, and to actively seek new opportunities to achieve the vision of 'Connecting Communities for Wellbeing'.
