About the Opportunity

 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful change in primary healthcare by supporting General Practices to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. As the Primary Health Network Manager, you will drive strategic initiatives using data insights, foster multidisciplinary collaboration, and tailor services to meet the needs of diverse communities. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about improving health outcomes, strengthening partnerships, and enabling continuous improvement across the primary care sector.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing robust partnerships with General Practices to enhance collaboration and optimise patient care
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to achieve the strategic plans objectives
  • Oversee finances and resources to support health goals through strategic planning and execution
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Primary Health teams in delivering safe, high-quality, and equitable programmes of work, ensuring effective multidisciplinary collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliance with contractual obligations
  • Lead, coach and develop clinical team members to ensure high performance, compliance and alignment with THINK Hauora’s strategic goals
