About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Support Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening our healthcare delivery system. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for improving patient outcomes through operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-sector collaboration.

As the Integrated Support Manager, you will:
- Lead and support a team responsible for referrals, reporting, data and analytics, health pathways, quality, and operational logistics.
- Provide high-level business support to General Practitioners (GPs), the Primary Health Network Manager, and the Clinical Programmes Manager.
- Ensure seamless integration of patient care and administrative processes across the service.
- Oversee service delivery logistics, quality assurance, and reporting frameworks.
- Promote equitable access to care and improved health outcomes.
- Apply technical and business expertise to drive innovation, productivity, and efficient decision-making.
- Foster a connected ecosystem between Clinical and Network services.
