The Role:

We are excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for a Clinical Programmes Manager to join our team and help shape the future of equitable healthcare in our region. This is a pivotal role where you will lead and support the Clinical Programmes team to deliver meaningful and high-quality outcomes for our community.

 

This role is designed for a registered nurse leader who will oversee the clinical delivery and accountability for clinical programmes, ensuring their impact and outcomes are effectively managed. You will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiencies, and delivering high-calibre programmes that meet the needs of patients and the wider community.

 

You will work closely with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure clinical programmes are implemented successfully. This includes fostering collaboration and communication across different sectors and disciplines. By focusing on continuous improvement and maintaining high standards, this role will play a crucial part in enhancing patient care and achieving positive health outcomes across our region.
