The Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a general practice setting
- Perform health assessments, immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, and triage
- Support health promotion and education initiatives
- Work collaboratively with GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and other health professionals
- Ensure care is delivered in a culturally safe and respectful manner, in line with Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
About You
- Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand
- Hold a valid Annual Practising Certificate
- Proven experience in primary health or general practice (preferred)
- Skilled in patient education and chronic condition management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrates cultural competency and an understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Committed to equitable health outcomes for Māori and all patients
- Vaccinator certification and cervical smear taker certification (advantageous)
