We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our general practice at Whakapai Hauora. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Primary Care: Providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients, including prescribing medication. A willingness to manage a patient caseload shall be part of the role.
• Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with NP qualifications, relevant experience, and a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Experience:  Experience in a general practice setting is desired (or preferred).

Skills: 

• Strong clinical skills, diagnostic abilities, medication prescribing expertise, and leadership qualities. 
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively with GPs, Whānau Ora Practice Nurses, and our wider general practice team within a Whānau Ora environment.
