Kelvin Billinghurst

Kelvin Billinghurst joined MidCentral as the Chief Medical Officer in July 2020.

He has worked in South Africa for a number of years in rural hospital medicine & HIV and AIDS before working across Africa primarily for the World Bank.His first exposure to Medical Administration occurred in the private sector in the Middle East.



He has the proceeded to get his Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators by working in rural health services in Australia.

His interests is on connected care across the health system and value added care.
