About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Integrated Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support both our clinical multidisciplinary teams and the General Practice Network to ensure that services run smoothly, referrals are managed efficiently, and communication flows easily between patients, providers and the wider community.

You’ll be someone who thrives on variety, enjoys building strong relationships, and takes pride in being the person who helps keep everything on track behind the scene.

As the Integrated Support Administrator, you will:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to THINK Hauora’s multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Coordinate referrals, patient bookings, and programme registrations using PMS systems (e.g. Indici, Medtech Evolution)
  • Manage relationships with general practice teams, supporting onboarding and rollout of new initiatives
  • Liaise with patients, community venues, and providers to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Promote THINK Hauora services and educate practices on referral, coding, and claiming procedures
  • Support continuous improvement through service feedback, evaluation, and reporting
  • Be a key point of contact for general practice, secondary care providers, and internal teams

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s not only organised and tech-savvy but also great with people and passionate about making a difference. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Around 5 years of admin experience, preferably in the health sector – or similar experience that shows you’re confident in busy, team-based environments
  • Solid skills using systems like Medtech Evolution or Indici – or the confidence to pick them up quickly
  • Awesome communication skills – you’re someone who can build strong relationships with patients, general practice teams, and other providers
  • A knack for juggling multiple priorities and keeping things running smoothly without missing the details
  • A genuine passion for equity and inclusion, with a commitment to creating culturally safe spaces and upholding the values of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in everyday work

Highlights of Working with Us

At THINK Hauora you will work alongside a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about delivering primary health care to our region and making a positive impact to our communities. Working for THINK Hauora will provide genuine opportunity to contribute to the quality and wellbeing of our rohe.
