Map of Medicine – MidCentral Localised pathways

The Map of Medicine (MoM) tool was disestablished in June 2018. It has been replaced by Whanganui & MidCentral Community HealthPathways, with new localised pathways in development at all times.

Below are localised MoM pathways developed before 2018 that have not been reviewed or updated since. Progressively, they are being linked to current localised HealthPathways replacements. Therefore, users of MoM pathways are urged to employ clinical judgement to ensure current best practice.
