I’m Fiona, a passionate Case Manager with Here Toitū, based in Palmerston North and have more than 30 years’ experience within the Ministry of Social Development. I’m committed to supporting people with health conditions or disabilities to achieve their goals - whether that’s finding or maintaining employment, starting study or training, or simply enhancing their overall wellbeing.

I believe in the power of nga moemoeā - dreams and aspirations - and I enjoy walking alongside individuals as they take steps toward fulfilling their potential. Seeing people exceed their own expectations is the best part of my job, and I’m here to help motivate and empower clients to achieve their goals.
