About the Role
We are creating new Regional Community Referred Radiology (CRR) hubs, located in each region, to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of the new CRR programme. As a Project Manager you will support and facilitate the change management activities for the CRR programme.
You will work alongside the GP Radiology Region Lead to ensure our teams successfully deliver the implementation of a Regional CRR hub.
These role as fixed term, part time until project completion, which is expected mid-2026.
About the Team & Service
The Community Referred Radiology (CRR) programme is being developed and implemented throughout New Zealand, to support longer term changes to how community imaging is being delivered. The CRR programme is referenced against three of the five Health New Zealand health targets in the Health Targets Implementation Plan.
About you
You will be someone who has demonstrated experience leading or support significant organisational change management at a local, regional or national level. You will be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and clinicians.
You will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, advisory roles or similar
- Knowledge of the health system, risk management, and management in complex environments
- Practical project management experience – scoping work, planning implementation roadmaps, risk management identification and resolution, measurement, communication for staff and leaders
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management and influencing skills are a necessity, along with experience working with leaders during change
