I was born in Samoa, educated in Samoa and NZ.

My family have been in Levin for 25 years.

I studied nursing at UCOL and went on to work in Wellington hospital – orthopaedic, urology, and ICU.

I’ve been with THINK Hauora since 2017. My passion is health equity, particularly in Pacific health. Working in primary health has been challenging but the most rewarding because I’m at grass roots level with our Pacific people. Hearing their voices when it comes to Pacific and Wellbeing has built the foundation of my nursing career. You can’t make changes in the health system until you’ve learnt to listen, and not just hear them.
