New Plymouth Skin Lesion and Dermatoscopy course

Conducted by Honorary Associate Professor Amanada Oakley, this one-day course addresses clinical and dermatoscopic diagnosis of common benign and malignant skin lesions, particularly pigmented lesions.

All health professionals undertaking skin examinations are invited to attend, whether new to or experienced in dermatoscopy.  Attending the course will increase confidence in skin lesion diagnostic skills.

The course is hosted by MelNet with support from the Health Promotion Agency.  It has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and has been approved for up to 6.5 CME credits for General Practice Educational Programme (GPEP) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes.



$550 for registrars who are on an official training programme.
